Fleur Brett

Fleur is a Naarm/Melbourne-based artist whose practice spans textiles, sculpture, printmaking, assemblage, and mixed media. Her work explores texture, layered imagery, and the shifting boundaries between two and three dimensions. Current themes investigate female identity, reframing labels and stereotypes, alongside explorations of surveillance, technology, homelessness, impermanence, and loss. Drawn to the idea of ‘the tribe,’ Fleur reflects on communities formed through culture, gender, or shared passions like sport.
